Baylee is an Arizona Native. She played softball growing up for both recreation and school. Her love for sports turned to the creative side of capturing the moment and telling stories through her camera lens. Expert photographer, Baylee was the Senior Photo Editor at Desert Vista High School and recently graduated. She is all about making your visit the best it can be and if you are looking for a great photographer, you have found her!

Raedyn is a versatile softball player whose passion for the game started at the tender age of five. Excelling in both the outfield and on the pitcher's mound, Raedyn has showcased her talents in various competitive arenas—from the hustle of little league to the strategic plays in club games, and the high-energy challenges at Higley High School. Her #1 focus is our guests and she will ensure your experience is top notch!

Lindsey, a standout from Basha High, is a fierce competitor representing AZ Storm Tull 18U. Known for her swift infield tactics and precision on the field, she brings that same energy and dedication to every aspect of her interactions. Whether she’s in the game or off the field, Lindsey’s focus, enthusiasm, and passion shine through, guaranteeing that every guest feels not just welcomed but truly valued. A natural leader with a competitive spirit, she’s committed to creating positive, impactful experiences for everyone she meets.

Mason has been playing baseball since he was 3 years old. He is currently a Freshman at Desert Vista High School. He plays MIF on the Freshman baseball team as well as All 9 club team. When guests come in to the facility, his number one focus is taking care of them and providing a great experience! 

Currently a senior at Crismon High School, David has been a Varsity player since the program’s start, earning honors like All-Region MVP and All-Conference 1st Team. Next fall, he’s excited to continue his baseball career at Ottawa University Arizona while pursuing a business degree.

Off the field, he enjoys spending time with family and coaching with his dad. He’s thrilled to join the AZ Dingers team, sharing his love for the game and helping players grow their skills and passion for baseball!

Conner has been passionate about baseball since the age of 5! A Senior at Higley High School, he’s a proud third-year varsity player and also competes with the Scottsdale Dirtbags. Conner is a versatile utility player and a skilled switch hitter who brings his A-game to every inning. Known for his constant smile and upbeat personality, he's the kind of teammate that lifts everyone’s spirits both on and off the field!

With 11+ years of experience, Asia has excelled in catching and hitting, earning accolades at American Leadership Academy and Phoenix College. Now, she brings her passion and expertise to our community, focusing on mechanics and strength training.

With more than 20 years of marketing, public relations, and strategic communications and 10 years of people management experience, Megan is a seasoned professional. Throughout her career, she has served in several consulting and leadership positions for large and mid-sized B2B and B2C companies. 

Brandon has more than 25 years of customer

service and management experience. He played school baseball from Junior High through High School, playing 3rd base and pitcher positions.

He comes from a generational baseball playing family where baseball was a normal part of life so much so that a field was named after his Grandpa in their hometown. Brandon is extremely passionate about sports and helping athletes become the best they can in sports and life. He believes that talent might get you on the field but attitude and hard work will help you stay there and excel to the next level.
